The Serve is one of the most difficult shots in Tennis, even though is the only shot we start in a static position is the one that requires more coordination between our body and the ball but at the end of the day the key factors are the same than a forehand or a backhand volley, just try to make conscious the mechanical key points and your toss, timing, contact point, power, control.. will get better.

Specific fitness for Tennis

In this video, I am showing you how to practice your Tennis fitness without the need to be on the court.
By applying the resistance you will build a greater acceleration on the swing which will mean more racquet head speed, and with more racquet head speed you can apply more topspin to create that heavy ball sensation for the opponent.
Do this drill 5-10 minutes every day and when you will be back on court you will feel the difference.

In this video, I am teaching you how to make conscious your forehand technique without the need to be on court, the only thing you going to need is a wall or something which the ball can bounce back, but don't forget this, just by knowing the theory it won't give you a Federer's forehand (there is no magic pill). The beautiful thing is that by making it conscious you are one step forward in your game!
